Hotel POSEIDON is situated directly on the beach road with its wide sandy beach in the heart of Rethymno. The famous historic Old Town, the romantic Venetian harbor and the town castle Fortezza are in easy walking distance.

All shopping possibilities and water sport schools for para-sailing and diving, surfing, sailing, jet bike riding and other outdoor activities are in the neighborhood.

Heraklion airport is at 85 km distance and Hania airport at 65 km distance. Taxi cabs are passing all day on the beach road. The central bus station is in about 1 km distance. Car and motor bike rental companies have their offices in the neighborhood.

Information

Hotel POSEIDON is open throughout the year. The rooms have central heating and air conditioning. The windows are double glazed for temperature and sound isolation. The rooms are available at arrival from 1:00 PM and have to be left at departure at 12:00 AM.

After agreement about the duration of your stay you will get a confirmation for your booking by email.

The room must be checked in by 6 PM or the reservation is cancelled. If you arrive late, please call us!

The Snack bar of Hotel Poseidon offers a selection of very good Greek and small international specialties as well as Continental and English Breakfast. At daytime the large shady terrace in front of the building offers a beautiful sea view and protection from the sun.
